Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational frequencies we can cultivate.
When we pause to reflect on what we’re grateful for, every cell in our being responds with a resounding “YES”!
Authentic gratitude can strengthen our immune system, lower blood pressure, and improve our sleep. Additionally, those who practice gratitude are measurably more optimistic, outgoing and feel less lonely and isolated.
I say “authentic” gratitude, because raising your vibration isn’t something that can be faked. It doesn’t happen by just roboticly stating, “I’m grateful for…such and such”. That’s only superficial and we’re looking to go deeper here. It’s the feeling energy of gratitude, not the content, that raises your vibration.
One of the best ways to cultivate gratitude is by keeping a gratitude journal, where you take a few moments each day to write down what you’re grateful for. It can even be one word, as long as you sincerely feel it. You can also join forces with a friend or family member creating a “gratitude buddy”. Each time you connect, start with sharing your gratitude first. It will set the tone for the rest of your interaction and deepen your relationship overall. :)
What’s more, gratitude multiplies. The more you notice what you’re thankful for, your attention dials into that frequency bandwidth and you begin to see more and more blessings surrounding you, which just lifts you up even more. Gotta love that!
